Gosh Ru could use some Makeup!!
Unfortunately it looks like a classic case of facial wasting brought on my HIV. Does any one know if Ru has tested positive?
I feel bad about what I am going to say...but It does really look like RuPaul Has the classic Facial wasting features that HIV or AIDS brings on.

Makeup cannot ever help him now. all it will do is enhance the wasting. Some effect patients elect to have fillers injected to the wasted site.
I have to agree that it looks like facial wasting. But He's alive, and that's great. Vanity becomes so frivolous when you compare it to life and death. Ru was great in her heyday. God Bless her!
It could be cancer that Ru have Aids is not the only sickness that is out in the world so don"t be so negative........ I love You Ru Keep on LIVING,,,,,,XOXOXOXO
It could be facial wasting due to an eating disorder, cancer...etc Why is everyone zeroing in on HIV and AIDS as the cause? Hopefully that's not the case. Anyhow, I love Rupaul!!!
