Wearing saggy pants in Flint Detroit? YOU'RE GOING STRAIGHT TO JAIL!

Police in Flint, Detroit have started a crack down on "offensive" saggy jeans and trousers.

Flint residents now have to watch their butts because Police Chief David Dicks is on the lookout.

Dicks, who took over the department last month on an interim basis, announced that his officers would start arresting people wearing saggy pants that expose skivvies, boxer shorts or bare bottoms.

"Some people call it a fad," Dicks told the Free Press this week while patrolling the streets of Flint. "But I believe it's a national nuisance. It is indecent and thus it is indecent exposure, which has been on the books for years."

Personally, I think they should crack down on the "skinny" jeans that alot of guys are wearing these days, i find those far more offensive to the eye......

Hit read more to discover how much time you could get, IT ALL DEPENDS ON HOW LOW THE "SAG" IS!! (LOL)

What about the clothes manufacturers who design jeans to be worn this way? Maybe they should get a "crackdown" too!
And boys...if you are going to adopt this style, we do not want to see the faded old Primark boxers your mum bought you 3 years ago!

Thank God someone is addressing this sagging pants thing, its been getting on my nerves for always. Police should have the right to confiscate said sagging pants and leave these fools walking around in boxer shorts!

Do we really want to waste our police resources on bad fashion? If this is the case, then people who don't match, or carry those big ass ridiculous purses, or people who have the whole muffin top thing going on should probably be arrested too. Why not branch out to piercings and tattoos too. Why not waste our tax payer dollars on making everyone look exactly the same? After all, we have nothing better to do with our hard earned money.

Silly law! And I agree with you on the skinny jeans on guys. Talk about offensive. ugh!
